George Seymore, President & CEO
George H. Seymore, a nationally and internationally recognized Democratic
political strategist & corporate public relations executive has built
Patriot Strategies into one of the country's fastest growing public
relations consulting firms.
George Seymore has nearly 15 years communications experience in both agency
and client side environments where he has successfully created and managed
public relations, media relations and marketing communications campaigns for
a wide range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. His areas of
specialization include marketing and branding with an emphasis on
business-to-business, consumer marketing, technology and clean energy.
Seymore has developed and managed successful national media relations and
public affairs campaigns for clients in energy, health care,
telecommunications, transportation, finance, aviation and education, among
others. He has advised clients facing intense public relations challenges in
aviation, labor/management relations and finance. Seymore has also led
several coalitions through successful campaigns involving a combination of
legislative and regulatory outreach, earned and paid media and grassroots
efforts.

Seymore was Senior Policy Advisor & Legislative Director to United States
Representative Jesse L. Jackson, Jr. (D-IL). He managed a range of public
policy issues for the Congressman, from foreign trade and homeland security
to clean energy and government ethics. Seymore has extensive political
campaign experience at all levels of government. Throughout his career,
Seymore has consulted over 100 campaigns on fundraising, campaign
operations, and voter turnout. He also has managed and served as senior
staff on legislative, congressional, gubernatorial and presidential
campaigns.
Seymore obtained his B.S. in Government & Politics from the University of
Maryland at College Park. Seymore is active in the American Association of
Political Consultants, Public Relations Society of America, the Greater
Washington Board of Trade, the Prince George's County Chamber of Commerce
and the Washington Government Relations Group. He and his family are proud
members of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Maryland.

Frank Watkins, Sr. Vice President of Communications, Partner
Frank Watkins is a communications expert with extensive experience in
corporate, financial, policy and political messaging. As a veteran of
Presidential Campaigns and Capitol Hill, Frank Watkins has handled some of
the most complex and high profile communications challenges.
Frank Watkins is the former campaign manager and press
secretary/communications director for Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. In
addition, he worked with Rev. Jesse Jackson, Sr. for over 27 years. Mr.
Watkins attended Anderson School of Divinity where he was active in the
civil rights movement. Mr. Watkins was press secretary and communications
director with Operation Push and served as Rev. Jackson's press secretary
during the 1984 presidential campaign and national political director during
the 1988 presidential campaign for Rev. Jackson.
As Sr. Vice President & Partner of Patriot Strategies, Frank Watkins
is responsible for the strategic development, supervision and evaluation of
multi-faceted public relations and political campaigns designed to meet his
clients' particular objectives.

Kevan Abrahams, Vice President & Managing Director, New York.
Kevan Abrahams, Vice President and Managing Director, New York - Abrahams
manages the day-to-day operations of the firm's New York office. He plays an
integral role with several of the agency's consumer, public opinion
research, polling, industrial and professional services clients,
specifically in the areas of strategic planning, brand positioning, program
design and issues management. His diverse, 15-year background of agency,
corporate, financial and legislative experience brings clients a fresh
perspective on their business with an eye toward fully integrated marketing
and communications programs with results that resonate in the boardroom.
Abrahams (D-Hempstead) is also a part-time County Legislator in Nassau
County, NY. Abrahams is serving his fourth term as a Nassau County
Legislator in the 1st Legislative District. He was elected as the youngest
legislator ever elected to the Nassau County Legislature at age 27.
Legislator Abrahams' priorities for his district, which is comprised of
parts of Baldwin, Freeport, Hempstead, South Hempstead, Roosevelt, and
Uniondale, include forming an economic community task force to address the
need for business growth in many of the economically challenged areas and
addressing the growing problem of gangs. Since taking office in 2002,
Legislator Abrahams has been a strong advocate for the Counties poor, middle
class, and working families. Abrahams has also put a priority on lowering
property taxes, enhancing the quality of life for residents of his district,
and creating jobs and strengthen downtown communities.
Abrahams, a life-long resident of Hempstead, joined the County Legislature
staff as Deputy Finance Director in 2000, eventually moving up to the
position of Finance Director. He brings with him a wealth of government
experience and has served as a legislative assistant and Deputy District
Director for Congressman Floyd H. Flake and as a District Representative for
Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy. Abrahams also worked in the private sector
as a Financial Analyst for Astoria Federal Savings Bank. He holds a
Bachelors degree in Political Science from Queens College.
He has also been recognized as the 2004 Citizen of the Year by the National
Association of Social Workers among other achievements. In addition,
Legislator Abrahams has also appeared on several network programs to discuss
gang prevention, medicaid, economic and job development, and education.

Ned Barnett, Managing Director, West Coast Operations.
Ned Barnett, Managing Director of West Coast Operations, an honors graduate
of the University of Georgia's Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass
Communications (home of the prestigious Peabody Awards), has been a leader
in the PR/Marketing Communications (Marcom) field since 1973.
He has done extensive work in helping new firms successfully launch their
operations - whether this involves entering the highly-distinctive Las Vegas
market or launching a new high-tech hardware/software product line for an
emerging Silicon Valley giant.

In a 35-year career, Ned has been the C-level PR/Marcom and Strategic

independent Hollywood films and documentary video productions. He's served
as VP/Marketing for three small publishers, and has had nine of his own
books published - leading to the development of a Literary services division
that provides everything from ghost-writing to literary agent work. He has
co-scripted a Hollywood screenplay currently in development, and has won
national awards for non-fiction documentary-style corporate and association
films and videos.
Ned was, in 1978, the youngest person ever to earn the coveted APR status
from the Public Relations Society of America; and in 1984, he became the
first person to earn a Fellowship in PR and Marketing from the American
Hospital Association. He has won two ADDYs, PRSA's coveted Silver Anvil and
many other industry awards - and is the only person to ever win four
consecutive MacEachern awards for excellence in healthcare PR/Marcom.
Ned has written nine royalty-published books on PR and marketing, and has
taught as Adjunct Professor at University of Nevada - Las Vegas and three
other colleges and universities. Currently, Ned serves on the Editorial
Advisory Board for the leading trade journal, PR News, and served on the
2004-2005 Advisory Board for the Experiential Marketing Forum.

Alec J. Rosen, Managing Director,
Miami
Alec J. Rosen has nearly 15 years communications experience in both agency
and client side environments where he has successfully created and managed

Prior to joining Patriot Strategies, Alec managed public relations and
advertising for Microsoft throughout Latin America. Alec has also held
senior executive positions with Edelman Public Relations and
Burson-Marsteller.
Alec obtained his BBA in International Management and Marketing from Pace
University in New York and speaks Spanish and Portuguese. He has earned a
Masters in Arts Certificate in Media Management from the New School
University in New York. Alec served in the U.S Navy from 1979-1983, which
included two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf region.

years experience, Chachi is proficient in several developmental languages
